So, what am I looking at?
A History of the Nude in Western Art - or, What Can We Learn From People With No Clothes?
In Western art, the undraped figure has carried many different kinds of content: aesthetic, political, philosophical, sociological. These three talks will present an often lighthearted look at why, beyond the obvious, we are so fascinated with the nude as subject.
Three sessions in the Esplanade Studio Theatre: Thursdays February 2, 9, and 16, 2017 at 7PM. Admission is $30 for Members and $35 for Non-Members
